SALES
Every order placed and paid through this website and confirmed per e-mail constitutes a sales agreement between the purchaser and One Eye Witness.
PRICES & ADDITIONAL COSTS
The prices of our products are including all taxes, except the costs of shipping, which will be added upon completion of your order.
PAYMENT
All charges have to be paid to One Eye Witness before orders will be shipped out.
Currently, our only payment option is through Paypal, we’re working hard on offering more payment options in the near future.
PRE-ORDERS
Orders containing pre-order items won't be shipped until all items are available. In case you need items shipped out faster, please order these items separately. Keep in mind release dates may vary from what’s stated on our product pages. Depending on the information supplied to us by distributors, labels and pressing plants, we’ll always strive to have the release dates displayed on our website as exact as possible.
HOLD ORDERS
We understand that buyers would like to maximize their orders and subsequent shipping fees. To do so, buyer shall select the "Hold my order, and finalise/ship later - or pick it up at our warehouse" and we will gather and keep your order until further notice.
STOCK & AVAILABILITY
All products are sold in the amounts that we have in stock. Should there be a stock discrepancy or other problem on our part, we will contact you as soon as possible to try and resolve the problem.
If you wish to cancel a pre-ordered item, the refund will be excluding the Paypal fee.
DELIVERY & SHIPMENT
All our items are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes so they can withstand the abuse of shipment. One Eye Witness can not be held accountable for shipping to a wrongly provided address. One Eye Witness is not responsible for any damage made by the delivery company. Items for shipment to countries outside of The Netherlands may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for these fees and none of these fees can be passed onto One Eye Witness.
