This year marks 3 years of Needs.From humble beginnings in 2017, the label has since gone on to release tracks from some of our favourite artists in the scene, curated events with essential charities and initiatives, and in the process raised over L10,000.To mark this special occasion we're back where it all started, raising money and awareness for mental health. October 10th marks World Mental Health Day and this year's theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health is 'mental health for all'. To recognise and promote this occasion we've brought along another all-star cast to help us spread the message far and wide.

Glitteringcanals shape the light in our eyes as we pass by, guiding our spirits safely home as thesounds slowly fade away into night sky. It’s not our time to go although the balancing actslowly becomes more extravagant and abstract until we find another way to stand on onetoe. Piecing together all the perplexations, realization that all the shit that you have chattedfloat down the ether stream to Timbuktu never to be seen again, and the lion at the enddribbles and spits, waiting for words of shite to come walking his way so him and hislioness can slowly butcher every last note, until just dust is left.

Acclaimed Trance producers Alpha Tracks and Oprofessionell team up as Kineta once again to present their first EP in a new trilogy of releases titled ‘Proto’. Written during relentless production sessions spanning a week in a secluded Mediterranean coastal town, the pair gathered an expansive constellation of music that is now ready to surface. ‘Proto’ effortlessly captures the creative symbiosis shared between the two producers while undertaking a journey through the realms of modern psychedelic dance music.
