'Reise Ins Glück' (engl.: journey into happiness) was the second EP from Pitchwork in 1996 by three young students from Freiburg (im Breisgau). At the time it also marked one of the very first record Alex (Sevensol) ever purchased and since then always finds it´s way back into his record bag. Three of the original tunes plus one unreleased track ('Rückreise') are now available again on vinyl. Fitting for the dancefloors of the 1990's just as much as it still is today.This record mirrors the personal dance music ethos for Long Vehicle, blurring fine lines between driving tech-house, slightly progressive acid and dubby garage music. Yes sure, let's go to bed grandpa.

This autumn Ludwig A.F. aveils his first full-length album project. It is a very personal collection of ten pieces inspired by a special location near his home in the Taunus region of Germany. He recorded the songs as soon as he returned to his studio, inspired by the atmosphere of the place. He has been collating the pieces over the course of almost a decade. “Air“ is an atmospheric and ambiguous collection of music that at times is rhythm and sound design driven but mainly focuses on the home listener with its picturesque melodies and ambiances. “Air” will be in stores digitally and physically on October 7th 2022.

Joining the prog-parade full steam ahead, the 3 tracker dabbles in tech trance activity with a bonus remix from Berlin’s backbone Mor Elian. The enigmatic newcomer showcasing mature structural bliss, crafted for moments of subconscious synchronicity between the dj and their dancers. Breaking out of the cookie cutter mold in sharp fashion is the title track, rolling effortlessly with addictive bell delays and morish gating. Layers graciously build a wall of sound that can’t be broken down; splintered shakers flicker above board whilst demonic vocal blurs act as rhythmic counterparts. Mor Elian’s dystopian leaning rendition still holds some stealthily euphoric aura, the heavy handed machine drum freakout a brain scattering rendering on speed. The B Side stands alone tall and proud; Larp feels like a climax at the party. Sirens flaring high as hell, the rise and fall of the bassline bouncing in tandem with driving drums, only stopping for a dramatic drumroll.
