XY Dosing©(UD)is a maximalist genre of electronic music that refers to sound productions that make for a radical succession to the minimalist genre, regardless of style and aesthetic practice though mainly associated with the field of sound arts. More precisely, it designates that which embraces heterogeneity and allows for complex systems of juxtapositions and collisions, in which all outside influences are viewed as potential raw material. However, UD relies more on singular experimentation rather than the addition of musical characteristics attached to specific genres.Subsequently, UXY Dosing© gives birth to MDM(Maximal Dance Music)which, beyond a sole matter of genre, remains linked to the high consumption of dextrose associated with milk, which de facto shares the same acronym as MDM(Maximal Dextrose & Milk).Read : Dextrose, energiser or poison?

S.A.M. returns to their Delaphine imprint with three tracks for the dance floor and beyond. All tracks carry a signature groovy and punchy low-end with deep other-dimensional swelling atmospheres and immersive compositions. The opening track 'What Defines You As A Human' takes you underwater with bubbly synth effects and arpeggiated bass plucks filling up the lows while flanging sizzling hi hats tickle the eardrum. The groove is driving with a single reflective line being repeated in whispering vocals. The second track 'Lundeborg Winds' follows up with pad chords topped with an organically tweaked Moog melody all collapsing into a darker and stormy vibe. Here a new acidic bass line keeps you moving and brings you into the storm with curiosity. A soft and dreamy piano part carries the tunes outro and puts the storm to rest. The full sided cut on the B-side named ‘Dive’ could refer to S.A.M. 's prior release from 2016 ‘Descend II Ascend’, because the track really does take you to deep inner oceans before ascending to shivering heights. Here the journey up high seems to be conditioned on diving inward. A solemn almost religious choir takes the composition in a unique direction toward a place somewhere in between the beats of the heart.
Following a four-year hiatus, our main imprint is back with a new outing by our long-time friend, Laslo. His previous works found home on quality record labels like Greta Cottage Workshop, Greta Cottage Woodpile and Soundscape Versions. Now he is delivering three originals, all shaped and arranged along his dub-infused, peculiar sound. As label heads, we rarely focus on remixes, but in the case of this EP we could not resist the chance to get one by the Hungarian drum & bass veteran Ghost Warrior (31 Records, re:st, Well Street Records), who did his first ever remix for Tape Hiss, this time exploring the mid-tempo territory.
After one year of break, Amam are back with nostalgic yet groovy beats by one of their oldest friends. Four enveloping tracks signed Difid that will put you in the dance mood.
As we get ready to say goodbye to the Telomere Plastic series, we are excited to present Telomere 020.1, aka the first part out of 5. Each release will have four different artists, making it a compilation of twenty different artists who will deliver unique, juicy and eclectic frequencies that will keep your telomeres bopping for the rest of time! This first VA, features producers, ESB, Synaptic Voyager, Vinaya and Vonsuck.A1, Fancy Organ from Vinaya, is a sexy deep and house cut that is guaranteed to bring smiles all around the dance floor. Arpeggios and groovy bass lines galore. Prepare your piano hands because you will find yourself playing that sweet air organ on this one!A2, Self Destruct Sequence from Synaptic Voyager (aka Telomere 014’s Illuminators), is a very emotional cut. Originally released digitally on Frame Of Mind, we were overjoyed to be given the green light to put this beauty on wax. Deep pads, tommy drums, hints of IDM and techno, and soul striking arpeggios pave the way for a special sonic journey. Close your eyes and melt away with this one!B1, Keio Acid from ESB. We are always delighted to share more ESB with you. Elan’s love for analog and tape give off a raw and authentic energy that is hard to come by. This deep, jazzy and loopy cut will keep you on your toes from start to finish. We can only dream of being on the dance floor as this one plays out!B2, Unemati from Vonsuck, is a deep and dubby cut that beautifully blends the three genres dub techno, house and techno. Dark rooms and dark skies are recommend for this one here, even though we could see these frequencies accompanied by a pink and red sunrise bringing waves of energy and nostalgia to your soul. Its a real treat to have Vonsuck aka Galaktlan on the Telomere series!
After a successful first release, we are very pleased to present the next one by an icon & legend of house music. The years go by and Brian Cavender aka Seafoam does not stop impressing us with his music, these 4 tracks are accurately what we seek to capture on each release, music with that style that made us fall in love in the late '90s and early new century. The impressive thing here is that without mentioning which of these 4 tracks were made in the '90s. When we asked Brian for music and told him about our ideology he understood us perfectly and sent us a folder named "Old cuts", music made from roughly around 1995 to 2000. When we listened to the tracks we recognized that this was music created in the past but still sounds super fresh, another timeless gem for the ufo series catalog.
