DJ Python's first solo record since the release of the critically-acclaimed album Mas Amable.

it's too nice to just have your thoughts float in the space of your head
endlessly forever

and you don't have to decide
which
you focus on
unless you want to

i got a stone to skip
6 times across the water
on the river i grew up
by

now i like
to get the heaviest
rocks
and the lightest
ones
and drop them in the river
to see which
sink
most beautifully

I have no interest
in saying the right thing anymore

just the true thing

Third D21 release by Joao Necton who has previously released the "Devastante" E.P. on D21"Hay Alguien" is a journey in heavy atmospheres, House, Techno and Electro with sounds fused between industrial and futuristic.Identity in every release of Joao who shows us an apocalyptic world where people lose their minds.
Superluminal sub-imprint Rediscovery is back for its 2nd installment. While the world continues to be doomed by bacteriological warfare, new recordings have been taken by Matthias. Four brand new techno-hybrid dance tunes. Programmed with stripped down drums morphed in life by their own swing. Slinking saturated doses of tape processing have given birth to a next Superluminal venture.
Third release on Steve Pickton’s co-owned Fencepiece record label features something special from the OTHER WORLD Studios archive - the first ever Stasis release from 1993. Three sublime examples of classic UK Techno from one of the true originators - Vanmannans Answer also features an early studio collaboration with fellow UK legend Nuron. Originally released on the tiny Time is Right label and now super expensive, these tracks have been remastered for 2020 from the original DAT and are scheduled for release in January 2021 (INDIVIDUALLY NUMBERED, LIMITED EDITION VINYL ONLY).
After two archival releases, Raakvlak appears in the frontline of contemporary sonics, and it is the French collective Organizatsiya that gets the label’s feet wet.Vlug, Dutch for rapid, is a work marked by a sense of being in transit. Bent under lockdown circumstances and corresponding feelings, all tracks were created in a car (!) and on the road throughout various places in Europe. Haunted by good old escapism, yet already too remote from anything to really drive away from. This translates to a dreamlike album that provokes the past and the present by taking elements of both, and stirring it up until something in-between comes out. The organic and the digital blend effortlessly, as acoustic guitar and bass sit next to intelligent electronix and similar FX. Sometimes this takes centre stage, while at others it forms a natural canvas for spoken words. On Akzident and Een Lied Voor Jou these words are provided by that other lyrical maverick, Rik van Boeckel, whose archives had been subject of Raakvlak’s second release Deze Hoofden Praten. Here too, old and new blend, into an in-betweenness that forms an entity of its own.
Steve Summers delivers his long anticipated debut double lp for L.I.E.S. Stepping up with 13 tracks, Summers goes across the board exploring all ends of the long lineage of Chicago House music. As a member of Mutant Beat Dance with Traxx and Beau Wanzer or under his Rhythm Based Lovers alias Summers has always managed to tread the line between classic Chicago styles and modern psychedelic Jakbeat floor beaters. On the aptly titled "Generation Loss" we get the the full spectrum; from the old school 80s acid of "Who Knows" to the long form lysergic blackhole of "Boxed In" or the dx funk of "Unknown Origin" Summers cements his signature style which he has refined over years throughout this LP.
A core part of the Control Freak Recordings family, London based artist Keplrr has built a reputation as a deft & talented producer with unparalleled attention to detail. In the wake of the widespread support for his 2020 EP ‘Reconstructed Club’, we asked four producers we have long-admired to flip a track from the original release. The result is ‘Club Reconstructed’ - a collection of remixes which distill the spirit of Keplrr’s original record into new forms.First up, Holding Hands boss Desert Sound Colony serves up one of his signature slammers, locking Convection into a thumping four to the floor groover. Berlin-based Konduku, who has carved some of the most kinetic, angular club tracks of recent years with releases on Nous’klaer Audio, Spazio Donsible and others, provides a second interpretation of Convection, time-stretching the original material into a slow-motion panic attack. On the flip, Syz makes his return to the label after 2019’s highly acclaimed Bunzunkunzun EP, applying his organic touch to Esoteric Functions with a ‘refunction’, which blurs the line between techno and 140 - packing some serious low-end and a cheeky mid-way switch-up to send the dance wild. Rounding things off, Milan’s Piezo proves his reputation as one of the most inventive producers on the scene, repurposing Bod’s Realm into an aggy, warped & technoid ‘Doom Ragga Mix’.
