re:discovery records is proud to announce the reissue of 1993's 'Synaesthetic' by A Positive Life. This seminal release is revered and beloved by fans and followers of early 90's electronic, IDM, techno, dub and chill out music.

Key tracks include the Orb-esque 'The Calling', the magnificent
'Pleidean Communication' and the chill out dub classic 'Aquasonic' among others.

This new reissue also adds the track 'Warehouse 5am' which was
orginally only releases on the American cd version and not the original vinyl.
Spread across 2 vinyl with new updated artwork by Grid Pattern and insert input from the label and the artist themselves, this will surely be the reissie highlight of 2021.

To celebrate their 10th release, Rhythm Buro, the Kyiv-based lablel, collective and party initiative, has prepared a rather special compilation entitled 'There Will Be Light'. The compilation focuses on deep listening, chill-out and ambient music, which encompasses the team's diverse approach to music, which can be experienced at their events and on their label. The idea behind 'There Will Be Light' was born several years ago as a concept for providing relaxing sounds, to invoke a sense of peace and calm, in headphones on the street, in the subway, at home or in the car. This notion is all the more pressing as Ukraine is being ravaged by war; the objective of this release feels all the more relevant and important. Rhythm Buro believes that everyone, everywhere, deserves to have the instruments to help them achieve a peaceful state of mind and they hope that through listening to this release, it can help them do so.

Anyone who has had even half an eye on the electro scene over the past decade will already be familiar with Emile Facey aka Plant43's unique sound, mixing an uncompromising approach to off kilter rhythms and machine-led funk with an emotive and powerful use of melody. This trio of ultra fresh tracks were penned for recent live shows in The Hague and Berlin and are brimming with the energy and excitement Facey felt on his return to the live circuit. 'Remote Signals' is led by a booming kick drum heavy enough to command any audience with Facey weaving ever more complex webs of melody around it. 'Searching The Skies' builds a mysterious atmosphere based around a call and response between characterful melodic elements while 'Constantly Morphing Entity' closes the EP with a flourish of forward moving beats and an SH101 bass line designed to move any dancefloor.
